Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using khelvornshran website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.

Custom Artwork Services

We provide hand-drawn custom artwork services throughout the United Kingdom. All artwork is created individually based on your specifications and requirements. Each piece is unique and created specifically for you. As custom-made goods, your statutory rights apply as set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Ordering Process

When you place an order:

You will receive confirmation of your order details via email
We will provide an estimated completion timeline
Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon
We may request additional information to complete your artwork
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of order confirmation (see Cancellation Rights below)

Consumer Rights Act 2015

Under UK consumer law, custom-made goods must be:

If your artwork does not meet these standards, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund. However, as custom-made items, you may not have the right to cancel once work has begun if you have specifically requested the work to begin before the cancellation period ends.

Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving order confirmation, unless:

You have specifically requested that we begin work before the cancellation period ends, and
You have acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel once work has begun

If you cancel before work begins, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after work has begun, you may be charged for work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified at the time of order confirmation. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. A deposit may be required to begin work on your custom artwork. Final payment is typically due upon completion and before delivery. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive the physical artwork and rights to use it for personal purposes. We retain the right to display the artwork in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use rights may be available upon request and additional payment.

Delivery

We will deliver your artwork to the address you provide within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We use reputable courier services and will provide tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control, but we will work with you to resolve any delivery issues.

Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us using the details above. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact the Citizens Advice consumer service.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the artwork ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
