Custom Artwork Returns
Since all artwork is custom-made specifically for you, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction. We work closely with you throughout the creation process to ensure the final artwork meets your expectations. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, custom-made goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Revision Policy
If the completed artwork does not match the agreed specifications, we offer one round of minor revisions at no additional cost. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement artwork to be created and shipped at no additional cost to you.
Refund Policy
Given the custom nature of our artwork and in accordance with UK consumer law:
- Refunds are available if we are unable to complete your order as agreed or if the artwork does not meet the standards required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- If you cancel your order before work begins (within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations), a full refund will be provided
- If you cancel after work has begun (and you have not requested early commencement), a partial refund may be available based on work completed
- Refunds are not available for completed artwork that matches agreed specifications and meets quality standards
- All refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval

If you need to return artwork or request a refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork
- Provide details about the issue or reason for return
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
- If approved, we will provide instructions for return or process your refund
